App does not work! Just closes.
I can't log into my account
Perfect app, easy to use. Helps me keep track of amount still owning, and where money is allocated
App no longer loads. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Requested url rejected, contact administrator.
How do they expect us to pay if both the website and the app both reject our login.
The app isn't supported through the URL at this time. And there isn't an update available.
The worst app from the worst company. No surprise.
Straight garage, this is a scam it's like the don't want you to access so when the due dates come they can charge late fees, shouldve just cancelled student debt and none of this would be an issue
I now can no longer log into my account. Somehow the requested URL was rejected. And asked me to please consult with your administrator. I have called customer and they weren't much help. Not sure what to do. I utilize the app and was told to use the website version. I'm not comfortable using the website the app is better for me wish that is works. There a support Id number. This is the reason for the low rating. I have never experienced this before.
